Our Syndicated Programs:

The Don Kennedy Show: Don can be heard every Wednesday afternoon at 1 PM, and again Saturday and Sunday evenings at 7 PM. Don officially retired in 2013 but we continue to air his DK show in the same time slot he had his Big Band Jump program since 2004. Don focuses on the big band singers and often plays modern big band artists. Show length: 2 hours.

The Original Big Band Showcase With Denny Farrell: Denny does his show from Chicago and can be heard every Sunday at 9 AM, Monday at 1 PM, again on Thursday at 1 PM, and Friday at 8 PM. Here you can listen to the music of the 20s to the 40s with a few modern big bands thrown in. Sometimes you'll hear an occasional interview with the artist that made the arrangement popular. The Original Big Band Showcase is the longest running big band program on radio today, and is the only show broadcast at the Big Band Hall of Fame in West Palm Beach Florida.. Denny's style is sure to please during that hectic day at the office! Show length: 2 hours.

Seems Like Old Times With Craig Orndorff: As the name implies, Craig's show primarily includes the music from the "Your Hit Parade" era. You'll hear some really old songs from time to time along with the newer compositions of today. Seems Like Old Times can be heard every Saturday at 1 PM. Craig's style is upbeat and appeals to the younger crowd just discovering big band. He will give you some trivia as well as news reports and "this day in history" sort of delivery. Show length: 2 hours.

Neal Murray's Saturday Night Fish Fry:  Neal does his big band program right here in the Norfolk/ Virginia Beach area at WHRV FM. The Fish Fry is on every Tuesday at 3 PM and also midnight on Saturdays. Neal plays pretty much any and all big bands from a wide timeframe. This coupled with Neal's extensive big band knowledge and detailed descriptions of the bands of that era make for a very interesting program. The Fish Fry is first broadcast over WHRV FM at 8 PM Saturdays. Show length: 2 hours.

Rhythm Sweet And Hot:: Mike Plaskett and Dale Abraham host their weekly Big Band program weekly on WDUQ FM 90.5 Pittsburgh. They play the classic hot Big Band arrangements of the mid 30s also with music of the later era included. Please join Mike and Dale on The 1920s Radio Network every Wednesday night at 9PM.They cover the late 20s through the 40s (and beyond) with hot jazz, sweet bands and musical personalities -- including many original 78s and transcriptions not reissued on vinyl or CD. Show length: 1 hour

The Swing Era: Join Bud Pearson as he highlights the swing era of the 30s and 40s. Bud originates his program from Florida and his show can be heard on a few stations in that area. We are happy to include The Swing Era as a part of our program lineup. Listen to Bud every Saturday at noon and also every Tuesday evening at 10PM and again Thursday at 3 AM.. Show length: 1hour.

Swingin Down The Lane with David Miller: Join David as he shuffles through the CDs and LPs of yesteryear, often focusing on particular vocalists and big bands, and of course his famous 'Desert Island favorites!' David can be heard at 2 PM Tuesdays and 2PM Fridays. Show length: 1 hour.

Late Nite Chicago Radio with Denny Farrell:

Denny can be heard again every Saturday morning at 2 AM, only this time he's doing more of a 50s-70s jazz type of laid back early morning show. "If you're in a hurry, you're in the wrong place" is how he likes to put it. Show length: 1 hour.

The Really Old Stuff: OK, this is not a syndicated show, but for two hours every Monday to Saturday morning (4 AM) you can hear music from the acoustic recording era going back to the year 1900! It is not exactly big band nor is it broadcast quality...But, we decided to put it on anyway for historical purposes as our Lori says. The Wright Brothers and the Titanic era are showcased during this 4 AM time slot...music before radio was invented! Currently this program can be heard from SERVER 4 only.
